Article 2 | What data do we process?
Below is an overview of the data we process, why we need it, on what legal basis we process it, and how long we will retain this data.
We process your name, email address, address, and bank details, which are necessary to provide our services optimally under the agreement. Without this data, we cannot properly execute the agreement—for example, we cannot ship the goods without the required information.
We will retain this data for 7 years (in accordance with the statutory retention period of the Dutch Tax Authority). If you have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, email, and the content of the complaint to provide the best possible resolution. These data are used for the optimal execution of the agreement and will be retained until the complaint has been resolved.
To enable and optimize our website, we use analytics services. We have a commercial interest (legitimate interest) in using your browsing behavior on our website and related data to analyze and improve our services where necessary (see Cookie Policy).
We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and adhere to Google’s retention periods. If you fill out the contact form on our website, we will process, with your explicit consent, your name, email address, phone number, and any other data you choose to provide. Data from submitted contact forms will be retained until your query has been addressed and resolved.

We obtain the mentioned data from you as a customer or website visitor when you provide it to us, for example, when ordering our goods.

The General Data Protection Regulation grants you several rights regarding the personal data you have allowed us to process.
- Access – You can request to access your data at any time. To verify your identity, we may ask for proof using the Dutch government’s CopyID app.
- Modification – You can request changes, corrections, additions, restrictions, or deletion of your data based on your access request.
- Objection – You can object to the processing of your data if it is based on the legitimate interest of Hybrider.
- Data transfer – If you wish to transfer your data to another provider, Hybrider will provide your data in a structured, commonly used format that can be accessed by standard digital systems.
- Automated processing – You can always share your opinion about an automated decision made by Hybrider and request that it be reviewed by a human.
- Withdrawal – If we process your data based on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. However, this may affect the services we can provide.
To exercise your rights, you can send a request to info@hybrider.nl. We will review your request as soon as possible. If we cannot comply with your request, we will inform you of the reasons for our refusal.

Hybrider will not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for optimal business operations or required by law. We will never sell your data.
